Are your dresses true to size?

Due to us ordering from multiple companies, every dress runs different. We encourage you to come in store and try them on.

What is your store return policy?

All sales are final for ALL formal dresses, tuxedos, suits and accessories. There are NO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

Shoes may be exchange or returned within 14 days of purchase. With original receipt, in original shoe box and unworn/damage. Shoes must also be purchased at regular price. If shoes were discounted it is consider a final sale.

Are all your dresses in store online?

Sadly no, not all our dresses in store are available online. We carry many more styles in store although not all of them may be special order. Our inventory changes very often to avoid customers purchasing the same dress. The dresses we currently have on the site maybe available to order as long as manufacture has them in stock. 

Do you carry petite dresses?

No, we do not.

What sizes do you carry?

Ladies: XXS to 4XL (2-20) in selected styles.
Children: 2 to 18
Infants: 0-24 months

 Do you order dresses?

Yes, as long as the company has the style in stock.

How long does it take to special order dress?

2-3 weeks normally. 3-4 weeks during prom season.

Can you special order dresses in other colors?

No, only in the colors the dresses are provided.

Do you tailor?

No, we do not.

Do you custom make dresses?

No, we do not.

Do I get a discount if I buy multiply dresses?

If you purchase 6 or more of the SAME STYLE dresses. We do offer a 10% discount each dress. All dresses must be purchased on the same receipt.

Are you the only Gala Formal?

Yes, we are!
