The Return and Exchange policy only applies to ONLINE orders made through Gala Formal website.
In order to place a return please call or fill out form within 3 days of receiving delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 days of delivery. You have 7 days from date of calling or filling out form to return your merchandise.
Items on Clearance are final sale (no refunds or exchanges). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All refunds are charged a 10% restocking fee from the order total. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
Sender will be responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must meet the following conditions in order to receive a full refund:
- Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered
- Tags and accessories that came with the merchandise attached
- No odor, no stains
Once we receive the merchandise and has passed inspection, a refund will be applied to the credit card used for payment. However, merchandise on clearance will not be refundable.
Steps for returning an order:
1) Call or fill out form within 3 days from delivery.
2) Place merchandise in original bag it came in and place in box original box with packing slip.
3) Ship package. Package must be postmarked within 7 days of calling.
4) Once we receive the merchandise, we'll inspect it. Once inspection has passed, we'll issue a refund.It will take 5-10 business days to issues a refund.
Gala Formal will allow one exchange per order without the 10% restocking fee. If upon receiving your online order you realize that you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery of the order. Please call within 3 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
For exchanges, please order the new merchandise and return the merchandise.
